Help and support

Something not working, a question, or a safety concern? Email kimanimac2005@gmail.com and we'll get back to you, usually within a day. Include your @handle and what phone you're using if it's about the app.

In an emergency

Call your local emergency number first (119 in Jamaica). During a quest, the SOS button ends the quest and alerts your trusted contacts.

Report someone

Open their profile card or the quest, then choose Report or Block. Blocking takes effect at once: you won't see each other's quests or messages. Every report is reviewed.

Delete your account

  • In the app, go to Profile, then Delete account, and confirm.
  • You can't delete it while you're in the middle of a quest; finish or leave it first.
  • Can't sign in? Email us from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you.
  • What's kept afterwards, and for how long, is in the privacy policy.

Common questions

Is Tabi free? Yes. Safety features are free and always will be.

Who can see where I am? Nobody, exactly, except the people on a quest with you while it's on. Others see quests at their meeting points, and available people only as rough areas.

Why do you need my date of birth? Tabi is for adults only. It's used to check you're 18 or older and is never shown to anyone.

A quest I joined isn't checking me in. Make sure location is on for Tabi and you're within about 100 metres of the meeting point. You can also confirm you met by scanning each other's code on the quest screen.

Where does Tabi work? Anywhere. We're starting in Kingston, Jamaica, so that's where most quests are today.
