Terms of use

Last updated October 8, 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Tabi (run by Kimani McLeish, Kingston, Jamaica) for using the Tabi app and website. By using Tabi you agree to them.

Who can use Tabi

You must be 18 or older, and you must give your real date of birth. One account per person.

Meeting people

  • Quests happen in the real world, between real people. Tabi helps you find and arrange them, but we don't run them, vet everyone in advance, or supervise meetings.
  • Meet in public places, tell someone where you're going, add trusted contacts, and use the safety tools. Leave any situation that feels wrong.
  • In an emergency, contact local emergency services first. SOS in the app alerts your trusted contacts; it does not call the police.

Be decent

Don't harass, threaten, deceive or discriminate against anyone. Don't post anything illegal, sexual, violent or hateful, and don't use quests to sell things, recruit, or arrange anything unsafe. No money changes hands between users through Tabi. We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules, and report serious matters to the authorities.

Your content

You own what you post. You give us permission to store and show it to the people it's meant for, as needed to run Tabi. Don't post what you don't have the right to share.

Rewards

XP, levels, titles, gear and other in-app rewards have no cash value and can't be sold or transferred. We may change how they work.

The service

Tabi is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and accurate but can't promise it always will be. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for what happens between users or for indirect losses.

Ending

You can stop using Tabi and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.

Changes and contact

We'll tell you in the app before meaningful changes take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica. Questions: kimanimac2005@gmail.com.
